An exciting youth festival for Sligo in November 2024
Sligo Youth Choral Festival is a new venture, exclusively for young people, showcasing the amazing talent of school and youth choirs.
Sligo International Choral Festival was in existence for over 30 years, and always had a very high standard of entries from school and youth choirs.
A few of us from the previous committee feel very passionate about choral music, especially for young people. So we decided to run a youth choral festival this November 2024 in Sligo.
Our hope is to reignite the passion and enthusiasm for choral singing that was denied to us during COVID times.
