An international soprano, I have studied singing with Prof Owen Gilhooly Miles, UK based Christine Cairns and currently with US based Valerie Sorel. This is combined with 15+ years of music education experience - as a choral conductor (adults and children), classroom music educator and singing teacher. The feedback I get from adult choirs is that my approach is very straightforward and well paced and this I believe is due to all the years I have been teaching all age groups in classroom settings. I believe very strongly that good vocal technique enables singers to continue enjoy choral singing well into their older years.
